Aier Bakery was founded on the 21st of March, 2005 by Mr. Watimongba Aier. With the motive of encouraging business and hard work to the young locals in the town, he started the bakery and took the initiative of delivering the products on his own in a pickup truck.

The bakery has come a long way since its start with a traditional oven, which is now operated with conventional ovens and other motorized bakery equipment. The youngest son of Watimongba, Atipong Aier, has now taken charge of the bakery and is determined to take the handed-on business to greater heights.
